Second time of purchasing from Elbec. Both times it was easy to buy on line and products were delivered efficiently without issues. Prices were cheaper than most other companies at time of purchase. Would recommend and will certainly use again.

My delivery arrived on time and driver was polite.
All parts were correct and instructions very easy to use. I did have 4 broken windows, customer service were very helpful and they were replaced and delivered 5 days after speaking to them.

Dealing with Elbec has been one of the worst experiences ever. We have now returned the playhouse we ordered after having it delivered then part of it recalled to then find the replacement part come badly broken then the next delivery never happened as they forgot to load it on their truck and then it took nearly two weeks to get it picked up for return. Being told we'd have our refund issued within 15 minutes after it being picked up we're still waiting for it a day later with no communication what so ever. Their customer service team are appalling and basically just wanted to get me off the phone. Very very unhappy with the product and the service. Will never ever use them again.

A very good choice of a free delivery date and at a price which is cheaper than every other business which I've investigated.

Everything about the purchase and delivery was perfect. The summer house was in great condition and would 100% recommend.

Found the Web site very easy to use, liked the delivery choice.

Brought a Mercia Absco Regent Metal Shed, arrived in one 134kg cardboard box, so be warned. Not assembled it yet but very happy with the quality, can't wait to get it in the back garden. Dealing with ELBEC Garden Buildings was very good, easy purchase and good communications. Would recommend.

After making a mistake on my order, I phoned to cancel it and reorder. I was told I would be refunded. This did not happen and ultimately I discovered from the supplier when they tried to arrange delivery it had not been cancelled. I still await my refund.

Very poor quality materials (wooden framing ) very aware of cooling off period.. as a 60th present Greenhouse stored away until able to erect which was done as a surprise for my actual Birthday that’s when the bad woodwork was discovered ..

Once erected this Victorian Grow house is an excellent addition to the garden.
A knowledge of geometry is useful during construction to stop the building going out of square. To that effect the fact that the windows are pre-installed prevents the use of clamps which would have been useful.
There are an abundance of screws and fixings so you do not run short.
All in all very good value for the price,

Good service

After the delivery date being changed and pushed back, then having the delivery spread over two day, claiming parts which were then found to be missing or of the wrong size and receiving instructions for a completely different shed, managed to erect the shed. Instructions followed re varnishing etc, but now less than 2 years old see the wood is starting to bow resulting in distortion to the frame and doors.

Mixed review because there were good and bad points. Firstly I ordered a large shed (12x8ft) to use as a workshop, I chose Elbec because it was a reasonable price AND a quick promised delivery date (good point).

I demolished my old shed the day before in preparation, leaving my tools in the yard. I had to take a day off work to receive delivery, unfortunately they couldn’t deliver the shed on the day because of a driver shortage but they managed to deliver the day after, which was appreciated (mixed points). I was unavailable that day however and therefore had to arrange for a 3rd party to receive it (bad point).

I specifically ordered the windowless shed because I needed to sound insulate the building for the sake of my neighbours. What turned up had windows down the whole of one side, because I wasn’t there the delivery was accepted by the third party as the paperwork was not very clear on the description of the shed. Unfortunately I was very time constrained as my tools were exposed to the environment and to theft, I was also having to delay orders while I changed my workshop, so have had to heavily modify the shed in order to correct the problem, rather than get a replacement with no known delivery date (bad point).

Also the quality of the shiplap planks is hit and miss with lots of holes, some cracked planks and gaps have meant that I have had use acoustic sealant to block these (bad point).

The good point and the reason it’s not a straight one star is the customer service agent was quick with replying to my concerns and offered a small compensation for the sealant, but overall the shed was not worth the money.

Great quality, price and service. Looks great in the garden.

An absolutely brilliant service right from ordering to delivery. It was so nice to be able to chose the day of delivery and Stephanie and Scott were so lovely and helpful too. I would highly recommend Elbec garden buildings.
